Irony Can be Fatal After investigating a fatal accident, the Kenosha County (Wisc.) Sheriff’s Department has decided not to pursue criminal charges against Kristin White, 19. The teen was talking on her cell phone while driving, drifted over the center line, and hit Marlon Lahori, 25, head-on. He was not wearing his seatbelt and was killed. White was wearing her seatbelt and suffered only minor injuries. She was issued a traffic citation with a total of $361 in fines, and allowed to go home.
