Lilliputian Lookout When Brenda Neiley and Robert Lehman returned to their Chambersburg, Pa., home, they heard a woman’s voice inside their house say, “Tell me when they are coming.” In reply they heard a child say, “They’re here, they’re here!” When they confronted the woman, she told them that their daughter told her she could take things from the house. The doubtful homeowners called police. Investigators say the lookout was the woman’s 5-year-old son. Monica Epperson, 29, pleaded guilty to burglary and was sentenced to 23 months in prison, four months of electronic monitoring, and two months of “intense supervision.” (Chambersburg Public Opinion) ...By a 5-year-old.
